Do you work after hours or Saturdays?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Our standard pricing applies Monday to Friday during regular working hours.
Can you guarantee stain removal?
No. It depends on the type of stain, how old it is and what has been put on it before. General stain removal is included free with every carpet steam clean, and it removes up to 80 to 90 percent of soft stains.
How long do I have to report a problem?
72 hours (3 days) for carpet, upholstery and mattress cleaning. Let us know inside that window and we will come back.
Is the pest guarantee the same for every pest?
No. The return guarantee for pest control varies by the pest being treated. Ask when you book and we will tell you what applies.
